Turkish Salad with carrots and yogurt



Carrot salad with yogurt is a traditional Turkish salad included in healthy food recipes in Turkish Cuisine. It is tasty and nutritious. You should try it!



Ingredients :

500 gr carrots grated.
500 gr yogurt.
2 gloves garlic crushed.
½ cup of tea olive oil
flat–leaf parsley sprigs, for garnish.

Preparation :

Boil the grated carrots until they are wilted. Put the yogurt in a bowl, add the crushed garlic, the olive oil and the carrots and mix well. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
