Rustic meatballs
Ingredients
:
300 gr
ground beef
400 gr
squash
50 gr
grated cheese (parmesan or hard cheese)
1 onion
1 egg
1 yolk
2 tablespoons
grated bread
Olive oil
Salt, pepper,
flour
Preparation:
Wash the
outside of the squash to remove any dirt and and scoop out pulp. Cut the squash
into small pieces and boil them in salty water. Squeeze
squash to remove excess water. Afterwards, put them in a pan and melt
them until they become like cream. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Form into balls. Heat olive oil in a
large skillet.Fry meatballs in batches until golden brown.
